We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Important: In such cases, you must attach a clear, continuous video of the parcel unboxing as proof. This video should start before opening the parcel and clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and the product inside. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
